九月十七日（星期四），本校訓輔組老師特別為全校各班班長舉辦了「班長培訓工作坊」。本次活動旨在培育學生的責任感與領導能力，引導他們學習如何以身作則，成為同儕楷模。
工作坊內容充實且具啟發性，老師首先帶領班長們進行反思與討論，共同探討班長應具備的優秀素質。接著，老師詳細講解了班長的核心職責及日常服務時需要注意的事項，協助同學們明確了解自己的使命。活動最令人難忘的時刻，是校長親自為每位班長頒發班長襟章，這不僅代表了一份榮譽，更承載著學校對同學們的信任與期望。

On Tuesday, September 16th, the Discipline and Guidance Team held the "Class Monitor Training Workshop" for class monitors across all grades. The workshop aimed to nurture students' sense of responsibility and leadership qualities, encouraging them to lead by example.
The session was inspiring and well-structured. Teachers first guided the class monitors through reflection and discussions on the essential qualities of an effective leader. Detailed explanations were then provided regarding their daily duties and important considerations when serving their classmates. A memorable highlight was the badge presentation ceremony, where the Principal personally presented the class monitor badges to each student, symbolizing honor and trust.
The overall atmosphere was vibrant and warm, with students participating actively and demonstrating great enthusiasm for service. We hope all class monitors will apply what they have learned, serve with dedication, and grow into outstanding student leaders!
