為培養學生的探究精神與實踐能力，本校於3月11日至13日為一至五年級學生舉行了為期三天的專題研習活動。同學們暫時放下課本，透過親身體驗與動手創作，在密集的跨學科學習中展現了無限創意。
各級的研習主題豐富且具啟發性：一年級同學走出校園參觀康寧道公園，並發揮想像力自製玩具、公園模型及體驗皮影戲創作；二年級同學深入探討有趣的動植物，除學習動物的「隱身術」外，更化身為小顧問，為學校領養烏龜提出建議並用泥膠搭建「龜龜樂園」；三年級同學則參觀了科學館及校內環保能源設施，更親手製作太陽能車在操場上馳騁；四年級同學在學校禮堂進行了奇妙的「觀星」體驗，學習使用望遠鏡並製作水火箭車，探索神秘的太陽系；五年級同學則化身程式設計師，利用 Scratch 及 Makey Makey 自製獨一無二的電腦遊戲。
這次專題研習讓同學們在「做中學」裡提升了協作與解難能力。看見大家投入的神情與豐碩的成果，學校感到無比欣慰。衷心感謝老師們的悉心指導，為孩子們打造了這趟難忘的創科與探索之旅！
To foster students' spirit of inquiry and practical skills, our school held a vibrant 3-day Project-Based Learning (PBL) text activity for Primary 1 to 5 students from March 11 to 13. Putting aside their textbooks, students unleashed their immense creativity through hands-on experiences and cross-curricular exploration.
The themes across grades were both diverse and inspiring. Primary 1 students visited Hong Ning Road Park and joyfully created their own toys, park models, and shadow puppets. Primary 2 students explored the wonders of flora and fauna, learning about animal camouflage and crafting clay turtle paradises to advise the school on adopting real turtles. Meanwhile, Primary 3 students visited the Science Museum, inspected the campus green energy facilities, and raced their self-made solar cars on the playground. Primary 4 rolled out stargazing experiences inside the school hall, where students learned to use telescopes and built water rocket cars to explore the solar system. Finally, Primary 5 students turned into young programmers, utilizing Scratch and Makey Makey to design their own unique computer games.
Through this learning-by-doing journey, students significantly enhanced their teamwork and problem-solving skills. Seeing their enthusiastic participation and wonderful creations has filled us with immense pride. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all teachers for their guidance in making this exploration journey a memorable success!
