為提升學生對跆拳道的認識，我們邀請了「中國香港跆拳道協會」團隊以及跆拳道香港代表隊選手呂靖楠先生親臨現場，為學生們進行深入的介紹和精彩的技術示範。
活動中，呂靖楠選手不僅展示了高超的跆拳道技藝，還詳細解說了跆拳道的歷史背景和禮儀規範。此外，學生們亦在呂靖楠選手的示範及指導下，體驗跆拳道的基本動作。學生們反應踴躍，整個活動氣氛熱烈，大家都對跆拳道展現出了極大的興趣和熱情。
此次活動不僅豐富了學生們的體育知識，還激發了他們對跆拳道的熱愛和興趣。希望未來能有更多這樣的機會，讓學生們持續受益於這項充滿魅力的運動。
To enhance students' understanding of Taekwondo, we invited the team from the Hong Kong, China Taekwondo Association and Mr. Lui Ching Nam, a representative athlete from the Hong Kong Taekwondo team, to our school. They provided an in-depth introduction and demonstrated impressive Taekwondo techniques for the students.
During the event, Mr. Lui not only showcased his exceptional Taekwondo skills but also explained the historical background and etiquette of Taekwondo in detail. Additionally, under Mr. Lui's demonstration and guidance, the students experienced basic Taekwondo moves. The students responded enthusiastically, and the atmosphere was lively, showing great interest and passion for Taekwondo.
This activity not only enriched the students' knowledge of physical education but also sparked their love and interest in Taekwondo. We hope to have more such opportunities in the future, allowing students to continue benefiting from this fascinating sport.
